Unfortunately, we cannot offer package downgrades, as the cameras were held for your wedding and we were unable to offer them to anyone else. Our process relies on being able to schedule orders as efficiently as possible. Our pricing is set as low as it can be. If we needed to constantly change packages manually it would really throw a wrench into our system.
However if the remaining 50% of your deposit is unpaid, your package will be downgraded to an app highlight package.
We can try to accommodate package upgrades depending on the availability of our cameras. Please feel free to contact us to find out about pricing.
