If you have looked through your camera box and can't find out our Return Shipper. Don't fret! Replacing your prepaid Return Shipper is easy :)
Go to your dashboard. Look under Return Label. Click "View." The pdf of your return shipper will open. Just print that out.
Take your newly printed prepaid Return Label and fold it in half. Put it in the plastic window on the top of your box. Use the original as a guideline to see what it should look like. Now you just have to drop it off at the appropriate shipping provider. It should be FedEx, but check the label to make sure.
