We encourage you to tell your guests 3 weeks, because after that the excitement wanes and they are less likely to upload. If they are having any trouble uploading, please have them reach out directly and we can help.
But keep in mind, we cannot include extra footage to the edited video after the editing has begun. You can still upload to your gallery to share with family and friends, but once the editors begin the edit, we can no longer add more footage/photos. Our goal is to start the highlight video 4 weeks after your wedding (it might be longer during peak season). If you want more time for guests, let us know and we'll wait 8 weeks before starting.
You have to 6 months to submit your storyboard for your feature edited video (if your package includes a feature video).
