First, be sure you are not using Internet Explorer as our uploader does not support that browser.
Second, we support .jpg, .png, .mov and .mp4 filetypes. Files up to 800mb each can be uploaded. If your files are larger, you'll need to send them in on flash drive. We'll include them in your project for $100/32GB.
