Raw footage is included with every WeddingMix package. Raw footage from the rented cameras will be mailed on flash drive. All guest-uploaded raw footage can be downloaded to your personal computer right from your status page.
Just login on the website. Then click on your project name. You'll see a link to the right side which says "download guest uploads".
