Login to your weddingmix account.

Then go to your gallery (link all the way on the right).
At the top of the gallery, click on the button DOWNLOAD GUEST UPLOADS. If you rented cameras, that material can be downloaded by clicking the button DOWNLOAD RENTAL CAMERA FILES.
You will known your media is ready to be downloaded when that button reads DOWNLOAD BUNDLE, or it opens a save dialog in your browser.
You can also download individual edited videos, clips, and photos, by clicking on the individual thumbnail. When it opens, you can then click the download icon at the upper right of the screen.
