Cameras are guaranteed to arrive by 6pm the day before the wedding. If you need your cameras sooner, please let us know and we'll see if special accommodations can be made. Cameras are shipped on Friday of the week prior to the wedding. They should arrive by Wednesday or Thursday, but this is not guaranteed. Email us to get an estimation based on your shipping zip code.
Cameras will be shipped to the shipping address you enter in your completion order. If you are having a destination wedding, you may want to have them shipped right to the resort (domestic only).
You will receive an email with your tracking number after the cameras are dropped off at FedEx for shipment. The tracking number can also be found in your dashboard.
