If you or any guests are having difficulty uploading files from the app it is very likely due to spotty wi-fi (or it might have just had a temporary issue).
It's also possible that your guests don't realize that the videos have already successfully uploaded. On the iPhone they can check this by clicking on the uploads (in the bottom navigation bar) to see which clips have already uploaded.
Please try uploading again from a strong wi-fi signal.
