Equipment is guaranteed to arrive by 6pm the day before the wedding. If you need your equipment or cameras sooner, please let us know and we'll see if special accommodations can be made. Equipment is shipped on Friday of the week prior to the wedding. The package should arrive by Wednesday or Thursday, but this is not guaranteed.
Equipment will be shipped to the shipping address you enter in your completion order (or reservation if ordering Lens + photobooth). If you are having a destination wedding, you may want to have the package shipped right to the resort (domestic only).
If you need to change the shipping address at least 3 weeks pre-wedding please contact us so we can update for you.
You will receive an email with your tracking number after the cameras are dropped off at FedEx for shipment. The tracking number can also be found in your dashboard.
